Who is she?
My name is Caroline Emde, pronounced “MD” like a doctor, but I didn’t go to med school because I love stories and wanted to tell them.
I’ve been working as a digital copywriter for the last seven years, honing my written specialties in brand narratives, social media, SEO optimization, customer experience, and the when-appropriate wordplay. I love crafting copy that’s conversational, relatable, and engaging. My favorite part about writing is connecting with audiences and ultimately, inspiring them to act. At the office, I love to collaborate and learn from other creative-minded peers—as well as make day-to-day work life a little more fun.
When I’m not playing wordsmith, you can catch me somewhere in the Washington wilderness, playing intramural volleyball, hunting for the best food and drinks in the city—or let’s be honest, at home watching Netflix like the rest of us. While I’m a corn-fed Midwestern at heart, I currently live and work in Seattle, Washington as a copywriter for Amazon Alexa.
